Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our electrical projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring all installations meet local and national electrical codes while delivering top-tier service to our diverse client base.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair complex electrical wiring, lighting, and control systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Conduct thorough site inspections to identify potential electrical hazards and ensure full compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) and local building codes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently, providing accurate estimates and solutions.
- Oversee and mentor junior electricians and apprentices, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety protocols.
- Prepare and submit detailed job reports and material requisitions.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site, adhering to all OSHA regulations.
- Interact professionally with clients, explaining technical details in clear, non-technical language.
Qualifications
- Current Master Electrician license in the state of Florida (or ability to obtain reciprocity).
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Deep knowledge of NEC standards and local building codes.
- Valid Driverβs License with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as required.
