Responsibilities
- Installation & Maintenance: Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA regulations, NEC codes, and company safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- System Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime for clients.
- Client Communication: Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues to clients and offering professional solutions.
- Project Management: Assist in estimating material costs and managing project timelines on-site.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid North Carolina Journeyman or Master Electrician License is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Tools: Possession of a personal tool belt and proficiency with power tools, multimeters, and testing equipment.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, and local building codes.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work in various weather conditions.
