Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan installations.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication regarding project status.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, including proper waste disposal.
- Train and mentor junior apprentices and electricians as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Master Electrician License in the state of Arizona.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in the electrical trade.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and circuitry.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
