Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, devices, and fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently.
- Provide detailed estimates and communicate effectively with clients.
- Lead a team of apprentice electricians and ensure safety standards are met.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Thorough knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Basic proficiency with electrical testing equipment and hand tools.
