The Role
As a Master Electrician, you will oversee complex electrical installations, troubleshoot intricate systems, and mentor junior staff. You will ensure that every project meets the highest standards of safety and code compliance while delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for commercial and industrial clients.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute projects accurately.
- Ensure strict adherence to all local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Mentor and guide apprentice electricians to foster team growth and skill development.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments on job sites.
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues with minimal downtime.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with project managers to ensure on-time delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license issued by the State of Ohio.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in commercial and industrial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of low voltage systems, motor control, and power distribution.
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driverβs License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
