Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work on commercial and industrial projects.
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems efficiently and safely.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate technical details clearly to clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site at all times.
- Lead and mentor junior electricians when assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in North Carolina.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and industrial electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuits, and power distribution.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit and capable of working in various environments (confined spaces, heights, outdoors).
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
