Responsibilities
- Perform complex electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance for residential and commercial clients.
- Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to ensure accurate project execution.
- Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local safety regulations.
- Diagnose and repair faulty wiring, circuits, and electrical systems efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication of project timelines and costs.
- Train and mentor apprentice electricians as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in the State of Indiana.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and climb ladders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
