Responsibilities
- Perform the installation, maintenance, and repair of complex electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan electrical layouts accurately.
- Ensure all construction and renovation projects meet local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime for clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict adherence to OSHA safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and mentor junior apprentices on-site.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in the state of Arizona.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to read and understand electrical plans, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve complex electrical problems independently.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
