Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial piping systems, including water, gas, and drainage lines.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic equipment and provide effective, long-term solutions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to plan installations and repairs accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues in clear terms and maintaining a clean and professional work area.
- Adhere to all local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and preventive services to prevent future system failures.
- Mentor junior staff members and assist in training apprentices when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Master Plumber License (or Journeyman license with 5+ years of supervisory experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) and work in confined spaces.
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
