Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing issues, including pipe leaks, blockages, and fixture failures.
- Perform accurate measurements and calculations for pipe fitting and material estimation.
- Install and maintain water heaters, sewage systems, and gas lines in accordance with local codes.
- Mentor and supervise apprentice plumbers and helpers on job sites.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and compliant with OSHA and city regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining technical issues in a clear and professional manner.
- Order and manage inventory of plumbing supplies and tools.
Qualifications
- Valid Master Plumber License in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical schematics.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
