Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced inspection tools and blueprints
- Lead emergency response for burst pipes, leaks, and system failures
- Ensure compliance with Philadelphia plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Mentor junior plumbers and coordinate with project managers
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials/supplies
- Prepare detailed service reports and client invoices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Pennsylvania Master Plumber License (PL003276)
- OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Expertise in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and water heater systems
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours including emergency calls
- Philadelphia residency preferred
