Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and valves, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Install and service residential and commercial water heaters, pumps, and heating systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan plumbing projects accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating technical issues clearly and professionally to clients.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to identify potential issues before they become costly repairs.
- Manage inventory and order necessary parts and materials for job sites.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License (required).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience in residential and commercial settings.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve complex plumbing problems efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of local and national plumbing codes and standards.
- Excellent physical stamina and dexterity to work in tight spaces and lift heavy equipment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergencies.
