Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain complex piping systems for water, gas, and waste disposal.
- Perform diagnostic assessments and provide expert solutions for commercial and residential plumbing emergencies.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and national plumbing codes (specifically DC regulations).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical mentorship to junior plumbing staff.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings accurately.
- Manage inventory and order necessary supplies for projects.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Master Plumber License in the District of Columbia.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Extensive knowledge of copper, PEX, PVC, and stainless steel piping.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal vehicle.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
