Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial buildings
- Diagnose complex pipe, fixture, and water heater malfunctions
- Ensure compliance with Seattle plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Lead apprenticeship training and project management
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections
- Coordinate with construction teams for new developments
- Manage inventory and tool maintenance
Qualifications
- WA State Master Plumber license (required)
- 5+ years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Advanced knowledge of backflow prevention systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair methods
- Valid driver's clean record
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
