Responsibilities
- Perform complex pipe installations, repairs, and replacements for residential and commercial clients.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing systems, leaks, and drainage issues efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with local California building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication and accurate estimates.
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site at all times.
- Train and mentor junior plumbing staff and apprentices as needed.
- Manage inventory of parts and tools to ensure job efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid California Master Plumber License or Journeyman License with extensive experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience in the San Jose area.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge of various plumbing systems.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
