Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead plumbing projects from blueprint to completion
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Train and mentor junior plumbers
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials
- Provide exceptional customer service and build client relationships
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid DC Master Plumber license (required)
- Virginia Journeyman Plumber license preferred
- OSHA 10 certification or equivalent
- Expertise in copper, PEX, and CPVC piping systems
- Proficiency with trenchless technology and hydro-jetting
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
