Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure all work complies with Virginia state plumbing codes
- Lead junior plumbers and apprentices on large-scale projects
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical consultations
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials efficiently
- Perform emergency service calls and weekend on-call rotations
- Prepare detailed project estimates and documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia Master Plumber license (mandatory)
- 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Expertise in water line repair, fixture installation, and drain cleaning
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and time management skills
