Responsibilities
- Install/repair commercial plumbing systems in high-rise buildings
- Read blueprints and technical schematics with precision
- Manage apprentice plumbers and ensure code compliance
- Diagnose complex pipe leaks and water pressure issues
- Coordinate with construction teams for seamless project delivery
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC integration systems
- Submit detailed inspection reports to project managers
Qualifications
- NYC Master Plumber license (valid and in good standing)
- 5+ years commercial plumbing experience in NYC
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Expert knowledge of NYC plumbing codes (Local Law 64)
- Advanced pipefitting and welding skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid NYC DOB Filing experience
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
