Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Lead junior technicians and provide hands-on training
- Manage project timelines and material inventory
- Deliver outstanding customer service with transparent communication
- Prepare detailed estimates and service reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience with Ohio license (502/503)
- Expertise in backflow prevention, water heater systems, and pipefitting
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with plumbing software (e.g., ServiceTitan)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
