Responsibilities
- Perform thorough inspections and diagnostics of residential and commercial plumbing systems to identify and resolve leaks, clogs, and structural issues.
- Install, repair, and maintain piping systems, water heaters, boilers, and drainage networks according to local codes and manufacturer specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to plan pipe layouts and identify potential obstacles.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues clearly and ensuring client satisfaction with every project.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are in proper working order.
- Uphold strict safety standards and compliance with Ohio state regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Master Plumber License (Required).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional plumbing experience in residential and commercial settings.
- Strong working knowledge of local and national plumbing codes (IPC/UPC).
- Ability to read and understand technical blueprints and drawings.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, physical stamina, and attention to detail.
