Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for residential and commercial clients
- Lead complex projects including water heater replacements, repiping, and fixture installations
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Ensure compliance with Ohio plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Mentor junior technicians and conduct quality assurance inspections
- Manage client relationships with exceptional communication and problem-solving
- Prepare detailed estimates and maintain accurate service records
Qualifications
- Ohio Master Plumber license with 5+ years of field experience
- Proven expertise in backflow prevention, water treatment systems, and gas line work
- OSHA 10 certification and valid driver's license
- Strong diagnostic skills with mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Experience with digital invoicing and scheduling software
