We are seeking experienced professionals to handle residential and commercial plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance. You will diagnose complex issues, ensure code compliance, and provide top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, including water heaters, drains, and piping.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues efficiently and accurately.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to plan installations.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication of job status and costs.
- Perform preventative maintenance checks on existing systems to prevent future failures.
- Operate and maintain company vehicles and tools responsibly.
Qualifications
- Current Journeyman or Master Plumber license in the State of Ohio.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Valid Ohio Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces or outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Completion of a recognized plumbing apprenticeship program is preferred.
