Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues and provide effective, long-term solutions.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local Nashville and Tennessee building codes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including job sites and company vehicles.
- Interact professionally with clients, providing accurate estimates and transparent communication.
- Utilize company software to document job progress and expenses accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in the state of Tennessee.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, water heaters, drain cleaning, and leak detection.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergency call-outs.
