Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial piping systems according to local codes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, leaks, and drainage problems efficiently.
- Perform thorough inspections of plumbing systems and provide detailed reports.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and service requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment accurately and safely.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipe materials, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
