Responsibilities
- Perform complex plumbing repairs, including leak detection, pipe fitting, and water heater installations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan efficient installations.
- Ensure all work strictly adheres to local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Diagnose issues accurately and provide clear, professional communication to clients regarding technical requirements.
- Maintain and organize job site tools and equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and safety.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including accurate written estimates and maintaining clean work areas.
Qualifications
- Valid Master Plumber or Journeyman Plumber license issued by the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial plumbing.
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and technical aptitude for diagnosing system failures.
- Reliable transportation to service various locations across the Dallas metro area.
