Responsibilities
- Perform complex installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems, including water heaters, drainage, and piping.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and building codes to ensure compliance with local and state regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues efficiently to minimize downtime for clients.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety standards are met.
- Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and job progress.
- Train and mentor junior plumbing staff to uphold company standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Plumbing License (required).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
