Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and water quality testing
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Train apprentices and junior plumbers on best practices
- Manage project timelines and client communication
- Utilize trenchless technology and eco-friendly solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Texas Master Plumber license (required)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency with pipefitting, welding, and fixture installation
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with water conservation systems a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
