Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Repair: Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures, efficiently and accurately.
- Installation: Install and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances according to local codes and manufacturer specifications.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to our clients, explaining technical issues in plain language and ensuring a clean work area.
- Project Management: Manage multiple job sites simultaneously, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Code Compliance: Adhere strictly to all local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Tools and Maintenance: Maintain company vehicles and tools, ensuring they are in excellent working condition.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Must hold a valid Journeyman Plumber license in the state of Colorado.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience in a residential and/or commercial setting.
- Skills: Proficiency in pipefitting, welding, blueprint reading, and the use of modern diagnostic equipment.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Driving: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergency call-outs.
