Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read blueprints and technical specifications to execute precise installations
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure all work complies with PA state plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Lead apprentices and junior plumbers in best practices and project execution
- Manage inventory and order materials efficiently for project timelines
- Provide exceptional client consultation and after-service support
Qualifications
- PA Master Plumber license with 5+ years of hands-on experience
- Proven expertise in residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Proficiency with trenchless technology and pipe rehabilitation methods
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
