Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts.
- Install, maintain, and replace pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and appliances.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout of plumbing system.
- Ensure all installations and repairs comply with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance needs clearly.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to prevent future plumbing issues.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to prioritize service calls and manage time efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, pipefitting, and drainage systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces or at heights.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with clean record.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
