Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, drains, and fixtures.
- Install new plumbing systems according to local codes and manufacturer specifications.
- Perform leak detection and locate and repair water main breaks.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate technical issues clearly to clients.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.
- Assist with emergency repairs and after-hours call-outs as required.
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding technical schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in tight or confined spaces.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
