Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems in accordance with local and state codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of work.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently to minimize downtime for clients.
- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on commercial and residential properties.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including accurate quotes and clear communication.
- Mentor junior staff and apprentices on best practices and safety protocols.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and organized after every job.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in California.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong proficiency in pipefitting, welding, and leak detection technologies.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
- Basic computer literacy for logging job details.
