Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with NYC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Lead emergency response teams for urgent plumbing situations
- Mentor junior plumbers and apprentices
- Manage project timelines and client communications
- Conduct preventative maintenance for high-profile commercial properties
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of commercial and residential plumbing experience
- Valid NYC Master Plumber license required
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of NYC plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and lift heavy equipment
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
