Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex pipe, fixture, and drainage issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure all work complies with DC and Virginia plumbing codes
- Lead apprentices and junior plumbers on large-scale projects
- Manage inventory and order materials for job sites
- Provide emergency service calls within 24-hour response time
- Prepare detailed work estimates and client reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid DC Master Plumber license (VA license a plus)
- OSHA 10 certification required
- Expert knowledge of backflow prevention and water treatment systems
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe rehabilitation techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
