Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and install complex plumbing systems for residential and commercial properties.
- Perform routine maintenance inspections to ensure system efficiency and safety compliance.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan installations.
- Ensure all work adheres to local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication regarding project timelines and costs.
- Manage inventory and ensure the proper use of tools and equipment.
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Master Plumber License is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, and blueprint reading.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Current Driver's License and reliable transportation.
