Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, drains, and fixtures.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure system efficiency and safety compliance.
- Install and replace water heaters, sump pumps, and other essential plumbing equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining technical issues clearly to clients.
- Adhere to all local Philadelphia building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and workspace.
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Master Plumber License.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of blueprints, local codes, and safety standards.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in tight spaces.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
