Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Ensure all work complies with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with electricians, contractors, and clients
- Mentor junior plumbers and conduct quality assurance inspections
- Prepare detailed work estimates and maintain accurate service records
- Respond to emergency calls after hours on a rotating basis
Qualifications
- Valid California Master Plumber license (required)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Expertise in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting systems
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and permitting processes
- Excellent problem-solving and customer communication skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
