Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead project teams and ensure compliance with local building codes
- Prepare detailed estimates and manage project timelines
- Mentor junior plumbers and provide technical guidance
- Coordinate with contractors and clients to ensure seamless project execution

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience with valid California state license
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair, water heater installation, and backflow prevention
- Strong knowledge of California Plumbing Code and OSHA regulations
- Proven ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills for complex plumbing systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Certification in green plumbing practices preferred
