Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of residential and commercial plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Install and repair piping systems for water, gas, drainage, and HVAC applications.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with local San Francisco building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
- Order and manage inventory of plumbing supplies and materials for job sites.
- Mentor junior plumbers and apprentices to ensure high-quality workmanship across the team.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman Plumber’s License (Master License preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience in commercial and residential settings.
- Strong working knowledge of local San Francisco plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for job site travel.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials, work in tight spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
