Responsibilities
- Install and Repair: Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters in residential and commercial settings.
- Diagnosis: Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues to identify the root cause of leaks, clogs, and pressure problems.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers, explain technical issues in plain language, and provide accurate estimates.
- Compliance: Adhere to all local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Tools: Utilize a wide range of hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment, to complete jobs efficiently.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in the plumbing trade.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Tools: Own a personal set of basic tools (required).
