Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors/clients
- Mentor junior plumbers and maintain service quality standards
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain inventory records
- Respond to emergency calls after hours (rotational schedule)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Pennsylvania Master Plumber license (required)
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong diagnostic skills for water heaters, boilers, and complex piping
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Clean driving record and valid PA driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Proficiency with digital invoicing and scheduling software
