Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Install and maintain new plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances.
- Ensure all installations comply with local Houston and Texas plumbing codes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including accurate estimates and clear explanations of repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections on plumbing infrastructure.
- Manage inventory of tools and parts for job sites.
Qualifications
- Valid Master or Journeyman Plumber License issued by the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong working knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces.
