Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex residential and commercial plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts.
- Install, replace, and maintain plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, water heaters, and drainage systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to plan installations and repairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and maintaining a professional appearance.
- Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure system efficiency and compliance with local codes.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations on job sites.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to prioritize and manage daily service calls efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Journeyman or Master Plumber License in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience in residential and commercial settings.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes, regulations, and building standards.
- Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions under pressure.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
