Responsibilities
- Diagnose & Repair: Perform accurate diagnoses and repairs for a wide range of plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, pipe bursts, and fixture failures.
- Installations: Install and maintain water heaters, faucets, toilets, drains, and piping systems according to industry standards.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, explain technical issues in simple terms, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all work performed complies with local Austin and Texas plumbing codes and regulations.
- Project Management: Manage time effectively to complete jobs on schedule and estimate material costs accurately.
- Tools & Safety: Maintain, organize, and use all necessary tools and safety equipment properly.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Master Plumber License issued by the State of Texas.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding hydraulic systems.
- Driver's License: Valid Driver's License and reliable personal transportation.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently.
