Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Repair: Perform accurate diagnosis and repair of residential and commercial plumbing systems, including water heaters, drainage, and piping.
- Installation: Execute precise installation of new plumbing fixtures, appliances, and piping systems according to local codes and manufacturer specifications.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, providing clear explanations of repairs and maintaining a clean, safe work area.
- Estimates & Inspections: Conduct thorough property inspections to identify plumbing needs and provide accurate, competitive cost estimates.
- Tool Management: Maintain and organize personal tools and company vehicles to ensure efficiency on every job site.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and Texas State Plumbing Board codes.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Current Journeyman or Master Plumber License in the State of Texas required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, soldering, pipefitting, and using diagnostic equipment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client rapport.
