Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs, including leak detection and fixture installations.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan pipe layouts and system configurations.
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues, ensuring long-term functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Adhere to all local Los Angeles building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical issues clearly to clients.
- Train and mentor junior apprentices when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid Master Plumber License (California State Board of Plumbing).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipe materials (PVC, copper, PEX) and fittings.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and physical stamina.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
