Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Ensure all work complies with Indiana plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage plumbing projects from blueprint to completion with minimal supervision
- Train and mentor apprentice plumbers on best practices
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients
- Perform preventative maintenance to prevent future plumbing failures
Qualifications
- Valid Indiana Master Plumber license required
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
- Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs) and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
