Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Plumber to handle a variety of tasks, from routine maintenance to complex installations. You will be responsible for ensuring our clients' plumbing systems function efficiently and safely. This is a full-time position offering long-term stability and growth potential.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, and pipe failures efficiently using modern tools and techniques.
- Install new plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances (water heaters, sinks, toilets) according to local codes.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance for commercial and residential clients.
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain technical issues and provide transparent cost estimates.
- Ensure all work meets local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Manage job sites to ensure cleanliness and safety for all personnel.
- Order and maintain inventory of necessary parts and tools.
Qualifications
- Valid Master or Journeyman Plumber License in the State of Indiana.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system failures.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in various environments (under sinks, in basements, outdoors).
