Responsibilities
- Install and Repair: Perform new installations and emergency repairs on residential and commercial plumbing systems, including water heaters, drainage, and piping.
- Diagnosis: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to identify and resolve complex plumbing issues efficiently.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, explaining technical issues in clear terms and ensuring satisfaction.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all work complies with local Indiana building codes and safety regulations.
- Tool Management: Maintain and organize tools, trucks, and equipment in pristine condition.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with dispatchers and apprentices to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Indiana Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience in commercial and residential settings.
- Skills: Proficiency in pipefitting, welding, and blueprints reading.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and reliability.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
