Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems, including water heaters, drainage, and piping.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan installation and repair projects.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and structural issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including accurate quoting and clear communication.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to prevent future issues and extend equipment life.
Qualifications
- Valid Master Plumber License issued by the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Proficiency in using modern plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong understanding of pipefitting, welding, and pipe inspection techniques.
- Ability to work independently in various environments, including residential homes and commercial buildings.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects when necessary.
